Hebrew Text Study

Mondays, 6:30 - 7:15 pm

This is a weekly class for adult learners who would like to examine prayers, the weekly Torah portion, writings from Pirke Avot, and other rabbinic texts in Hebrew. Sessions include vocabulary, grammar, and translation as well as discussion concerning the texts’ meaning. Open to all Temple members with basic Hebrew reading skills who would like to deepen their appreciation of original texts and the Hebrew language.

If you’re interested in participating but worried about your Hebrew proficiency, please come to a class and try it out . . . you may be pleasantly surprised!

Please note that this class will not meet in July and August. The class will resume on September 10, 2012.
