Getting Involved at Shaaray Tefila
There are many ways to get involved with the Shaaray Tefila community. You can attend our programs, volunteer to serve our community, and participate in the decision-making of our congregation.
Temple members have many year-round opportunities to participate in volunteer projects. You will find a list of our ongoing mitzvah projects in the Social Action section of our website.
At Shaaray Tefila, there are multiple programs and activities on nearly a daily basis. Throughout this website, you’ll find a wealth of information about our congregation, as well as links to many Jewish community resources, locally, in Israel, and around the world.
In addition to bookmarking our website Calendar, here are the best ways to stay informed:
- Make sure you've given us your email address. Each Friday morning, year round, we send you our Shaaray Tefila eNews containing highlights of the week ahead.
- Look for our quarterly bulletin, The Messenger, in your mail. Messenger highlights the connections made through Shaaray Tefila's special programs, worship opportunities and community outreach initiatives.
- Stop by the lobby rack to pick up flyers and reservation forms for programs. Also look for Shaaray Tefila at a Glance, our bi-monthly comprehensive listing of all opportunities for connection, worship opportunities, key dates and life cycle announcements concerning our congregants.
So, make a list of programs and activities that interest you, then mark your calendar! We look forward to greeting you at worship services, festivals, educational programs, special events, and more.
